This offer is for a Baxi 25 H.E combi boiler, which will be supplied and fitted. Ron will remove and dispose of your existing combi boiler. Connect up your new boiler to existing supplies already in place. On completion you will be issued with a Gas Safe installation certificate. This will be then notified to your Local Authority Building Control by Gas Safe. This certificate is essential if you intend to sell your property in the near future.
Please note, its very important that you use a gas safe registered engineer. It is against the law to install a boiler unless you are a registered as a Gas Safe installer.
Ron will contact you to book a convenient appointment date and time to install the new combi boiler system.
The installation usually takes approximately 1 day to completion. This includes any making good required when removing your old boiler. The price stated is for a standard combi boiler exchange and does not include any additional work required should the existing pipework not meet British Standard requirements. As an example, this might possibly be the existing gas pipe being run in a 15mm copper as opposed to now being required to run in a 22mm copper pipe direct from the gas supply ( Gas meter). If you have an queries regarding this issue please contact me to arrange a site visit. Ron will be happy to give you any data or advice you might require.
Important information
The price is for a standard installation,which covers a basic exchange of your existing combi boiler for a new BAXI 25 HE combi boiler. The boiler will be installed in the old boiler site. Should you require the boiler to be moved to a new siting, please contact me for a free quote, or for an inspection.
As set out in the above any additional pipework will be deemed as an extra and will be chargeable. No additional works will be carried out without the prior consent of the client. Please check with Ron to find out if the boiler size is correct for your property.
A larger boiler might be necessary depending on the size of the property. All making good open the removal of the boiler will be down to the engineer. If the boiler is to be sited above a first floor height , again, please contact us to see if the installation is possible.
WHEN INSTALLING A NEW BOILER ALL BOILER MANUFACTURERS REQUIRE THE OLD SYSTEM TO BE CHEMICALLY CLEANED WITH WITH A POWER FLUSH . IF A SYSTEM IS NOT POWER FLUSHED PROFESSIONALLY THIS COULD INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY ON THE BOILER. ALL BOILER MANUFACTURERS CARRY THIS WARNING IN THE SMALL PRINT IN THE WARRANTY PACKAGE. (BEWARE OF OTHER SELLERS NOT OFFERING THIS SERVICE)
ALSO WHEN THE SYSTEM IS NOT CLEANSED, IT COULD MEAN YOUR NEW BOILER WILL NOT RUN AT ITS FULL CAPACITY AND EFFICIENCY. WASTING £££££,S ON YOUR HEATING BILLS.
